At Zjhealthbeauty, our top priority has always been to make access to vital health and wellness services as seamless and safe as possible.

Our dedicated team of Trust & Safety professionals is constantly monitoring and updating the health and safety guidelines we share with the thousands of providers on the Zjhealthbeauty network. These guidelines are in line with federal, state and local directives surrounding the delivery of health and wellness services.

Clients may share special hygiene requests prior to the provider arriving for the appointment.

Cleanliness Practices

Providers follow CDC guidelines on handwashing or using hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol content. Providers adhere to industry best practices which includes disinfecting equipment between clients and patients.

Clients and patients should never book an in-home treatment if they or a household member have symptoms of illness.

Zjhealthbeauty has successfully provided hundreds of health and wellness appointments to residences and corporate locations in over 4 metropolitan areas throughout the United States.

We strongly encourage clients and patients to make us aware of any issues or concerns about their appointment or provider. Contact our Support team either by email at solyhealthbeauty@gmail.com or through the Zjhealthbeauty  website. Serious issues will be escalated to our Trust & Safety team.

Verified Clients

All Zjhealthbeauty clients and patients are verified, but Zjhealthbeauty does not conduct background checks on its clients/patients.

Safety and Support

Providers are strongly encouraged to communicate with Zjhealthbeauty  if they have any concerns about a client or work environment upon arrival. Once an appointment is completed, providers are asked to rate the client and the interaction. In addition, if a provider’s concern rises to the level of safety, the provider is strongly encouraged to report the client to our Trust & Safety team immediately by contacting Support by email to solyhealthbeauty@gmail.comor by messaging within the Zjhealthbeauty  Provider.
